Our PhD Student Salim Saidy Accepted into the HUMAN-IT COST Action Supported by European Cooperation in Science and Technology

Salim Saidy, a PhD candidate in our Department of Economics, has been accepted to participate in the COST Action CA24167, titled “Disruptive Innovation and Exponential HRM: Crafting Next-Gen Employee Experience, Workplace, Job Market (HUMAN-IT)” supported under the European Cooperation in Science and Technology (COST).
The HUMAN-IT initiative brings together researchers and experts from across Europe and beyond to examine how emerging digital technologies, particularly artificial intelligence and advanced analytics, are transforming human resource management, workplace structures, employee experiences, and labour markets.
The Action aims to foster interdisciplinary research and international collaboration, contributing to evidence-based policy development in employment, innovation, and sustainable economic growth.
Saidy's participation in this international research network represents a valuable opportunity for academic collaboration and knowledge exchange.
We congratulate our PhD student and wish him continued success in his academic endeavours.
