Africa Day 2025: “Africa Rising”

The Africa Day 2025 event, organised in cooperation with IHU Department of Economics and International Office, will be held on Friday, 23 May 2025 at 14:00 at the Media and Event Center, Event Hall.

About the Event:

This year's event aims to celebrate the diversity, resilience, and growing global impact of the African continent. Through a rich and engaging program, participants will experience the vibrant spirit of Africa and engage in forward-thinking discussions about its future.

What to Expect:

• Cultural Showcase: Experience the richness of African traditions.
• Panel Discussion: Thought leaders and academics will explore the theme “Africa’s Future on the Global Arena”, addressing the continent’s role in global policy, economics, and innovation.
• African Arts Exhibition: A visual celebration of African creativity and identity through various artistic expressions.
